Manuela Sauter
Yin, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Ceremony Facilitation
Right after her very first yoga class while visiting Laos, Manuela embraced the yogic lifestyle as part of her daily life. In 2016 she completed her first yoga teacher training and has since expanded her skills as a traveling yogini – teaching in conscious festivals, workshops, ashrams, and yoga communities around the world. Leaving behind her former life in Germany, she fully devoted herself to the path of a seeker, a pilgrim for truth, meaning, and the depth of this precious human life.
Curious about blending mindfulness meditation with yoga asanas, she discovered Yin Yoga – a relationship that became central to her practice. For her, Yin is a unique pathway to balance physical practice with deep mental relaxation, rooted in the Taoist philosophy of flowing with life and embracing radical acceptance.
Manuela goes above and beyond for her students, sharing with heartfelt passion and dedication. Deeply immersed in a Buddhist way of life, she draws from her ongoing experience as a meditation guide at the Tushita Centre in Dharamsala, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas and home in exile to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra are cornerstones of her path, and she shares them with warmth, authenticity, and joy. Her YinLove shines through in her signature offering of Yin & Sound Healing classes, which she has shared with great success worldwide. As lead trainer for our Meditation and Yin, Sound & Ceremony trainings, Manuela guides students in weaving yin yoga, mindfulness, yoga nidra, and sound healing into powerful therapeutic practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit.
